The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay <br /> users fees for utility services from the time the improvements <br /> are accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year, or up <br /> to a one (1) year period, as the case may be. <br /> 2. Public sewer, water supply and storm water drainage <br /> systems shall be provided throughout the subdivision. A County <br /> Service Area shall provide these services. <br /> A. A terminal drainage system shall be provided <br /> to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the improvements (development) . The acceptance or <br /> approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve <br /> the developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing <br /> an adequate drainage system. <br /> B. A public water system shall be provided conforming <br /> to the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department <br /> of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate water supply <br /> and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance with Section <br /> 9-1831 of Ordinance 2634 and the requirements of the County Fire <br /> Warden and the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> C. The public sewer system shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the Local Health District, <br /> the Department of Public Works and the Woodbridge Sanitary District. <br /> D. Street lighting shall be provided in conformance <br /> with the existing service district. <br /> E. Any existing wells within the subdivision must <br /> be properly destroyed under permit and inspection of the Local <br /> Health District. <br /> 3 . Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, <br /> and all other public utilities. The provisions of Section 9-1730 <br /> of Ordinance No. 2634, as amended, requiring undergrounding of <br /> utilities shall apply. <br /> 4. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Chapter 11 of County Subdivision Ordinance, as amended, <br /> - 2 <br />
