the developer shall contribute fees as specified in Section <br /> 9-1444 of the Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> 5. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section <br /> 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 6. The developer shall provide each lot with a street <br /> tree of a species approved by the Planning Director. The trees <br /> shall be planted outside the public right of way when the <br /> residence is constructed. <br /> 7 . This map is approved for twenty-four (24) months. <br /> 8. A fence, as approved by the Department of Public <br /> Works, the Planning Department, the City of Lodi and the Woodbridge <br /> Irrigation District, shall be provided along Woodbridge Irrigation <br /> District Canals. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1983, by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: Supervisors YOSHIKAWA, BARBER, WILHOIT, COSTA, ALVA <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> JOSE <br /> JOSE L.
