The 100-Year Flood Elevation <br /> will be approximately 17 .0 feet NGVD. <br /> Cambridge Drive and "J" Street have existing and planned right- <br /> of-way widths of 60 and 84 feet, respectively . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2 . All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br /> concurrent to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 3. Interior streets shall be dedicated and improved in confor- <br /> mance to County Standard for a 50-foot right-of-way subdivi - <br /> sion. street ( Urban ) . <br /> 4 .
