A public water system shall be provided conforming to the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District, the Lathrop County <br /> Water District and the Department of Public Works . The <br /> system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants <br /> for fire protection in conformance to the requirements of the <br /> County Fire Warden and the local Fire District and shall be <br /> served by the Lathrop County Water District. System enhance- <br /> ment may be required by Lathrop County Water District. <br /> 6. The public water system shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the requirements of the Local Health District, the <br /> Lathrop County Water District and the Department of Public <br /> Works . <br /> 7 . The public sewer system shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the requirements of the Local Health District, the <br /> Lathrop County Water District and Department of Public Works . <br /> 8 . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and <br /> along the frontage of "J" street, and shall be maintained by <br /> the Lathrop Lighting District. <br /> 9 . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for <br /> the utility services from the time the improvements are <br /> accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year , or up <br /> to a one ( 1 ) year period,- as the case may be . <br /> 10. All utilities shall be underq_ round. Easement for utilities <br /> provided as required by the public utility companies. <br /> 11 . Lot lines shall be adjusted to meet minimum widths at the <br /> set-back. <br /> 12 . The developer shall agree to participate in an Area of <br /> Benefit or other financial mechanism for the Reclamation <br /> District 17 levee improvement. <br /> 13.
