CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SUBDIVISION MAP NO . SU-84-6 BERNARD & MONIQUE ETCHEVERRY 1 . Local Health District : This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A percolation test , soil profile , and a minimum sewage disposal area are required for Local Health District approval . A permit for the percolation test from the Health District is required . Percolation tests and soil profiles are required on three (3 ) lots . Subject to the rules and regulations for private wells . 2 . Banta-Carbona Irrigation District : The District ' s open irrigation lateral adjacent to the subdivision is to be fenced at the developer ' s expense and is to be approved by the Banta-Carbona Irrigation District and the Department of Public Works. 3 . Public Works : a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. b. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. C . If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Final Map, the sub- divider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin ensuring the completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) year after filing the Final Map. d. The subdivider should agree to and shall pay users fees for the utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the fiscal year , or up to a one ( 1 ) year period, as the case may be . e . Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific Gas and Electric Company and all other public utilities. f . Underground utilities are required pursuant to Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634 ; the location shall be as prescribed in Section 9-1732 of Ordinance 2634 .
