CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SUBDIVISION MAP NO . SU-84-6 <br /> BERNARD & MONIQUE ETCHEVERRY <br /> 1 . Local Health District : <br /> This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test , soil profile , and a minimum sewage <br /> disposal area are required for Local Health District <br /> approval . A permit for the percolation test from the <br /> Health District is required . Percolation tests and soil <br /> profiles are required on three (3 ) lots . <br /> Subject to the rules and regulations for private wells . <br /> 2 . Banta-Carbona Irrigation District : <br /> The District ' s open irrigation lateral adjacent to the <br /> subdivision is to be fenced at the developer ' s expense <br /> and is to be approved by the Banta-Carbona Irrigation <br /> District and the Department of Public Works. <br /> 3 . Public Works : <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. <br /> b. All improvement plans and specifications must be <br /> approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br /> Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> C . If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the sub- <br /> divider shall execute an agreement with the County of <br /> San Joaquin ensuring the completion of improvements <br /> within one ( 1 ) year after filing the Final Map. <br /> d. The subdivider should agree to and shall pay users <br /> fees for the utility services from the time the <br /> improvements are accepted by the County to the end of <br /> the fiscal year , or up to a one ( 1 ) year period, as <br /> the case may be . <br /> e . Public utility easements shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company and all other public <br /> utilities. <br /> f . Underground utilities are required pursuant to <br /> Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634 ; the location <br /> shall be as prescribed in Section 9-1732 of Ordinance <br /> 2634 . <br />
