CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SU-84-6 <br /> Page 2 <br /> g. Drainage shall be by individual ponding rather than <br /> community ponding. <br /> h. The drainage system shall meet the requirements of <br /> the County and provide adequate drainage for the <br /> improvements (development ) . The acceptance or <br /> approval by the County of the drainage system does <br /> not relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the <br /> responsibility of providing an adequate drainage <br /> system. <br /> i . In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634 , as <br /> amended, the developer shall contribute fees of <br /> equivalent value as defined in said section. <br /> j . Full street width improvements along Etcheverry Drive <br /> and Court , in compliance with Section 1612 of <br /> Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672 , shall be provided <br /> within the subdivision. Etcheverry shall be dedi- <br /> cated and improved to the east property line . There <br /> shall be a 10-foot dedication and establishment of a <br /> future width line for an 84-foot right-of-way along <br /> the subdivision side of MacArthur Drive . <br /> NOTE : Condition No . 3 ( j ) requires that Etcheverry <br /> Drive shall have a 60-foot right-of-way with <br /> 40 feet of improvements . <br /> k. Water system or methods shall conform to the require- <br /> ments of the Local Health District , the Department of <br /> Public Works, and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 . <br /> 1 . A Preliminary Soil Report , as prescribed in Section <br /> 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634 , as amended, shall be <br /> required. <br /> NOTE : Major Subdivision Application No . SU-84-6 of B . & M. <br /> Etcheverry was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on November 7 , 1985 , subject to the above con- <br /> ditions . <br />
