Local Health District: <br /> This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A <br /> percolation test, soil profile, and a minimum sewage <br /> disposal area are required for Local Health District <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation test from the <br /> Health District is required. Percolation tests and soil <br /> profiles are required on three (3 ) lots. <br /> (Amended by Planning Commission June 6, 1985, to add) : <br /> Subject to the rules and regulations for private wells. <br /> 2. Banta-Carbona Irrigation District (Amended by the <br /> Planning Commission on August 2, 1984 to read) : <br /> The District' s open irrigation lateral adjacent to the <br /> subdivision is to be fenced at the developer ' s expense <br /> and is to be approved by the Banta-Carbona Irrigation <br /> District and the Department of Public Works. <br /> 3. Public Works: <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. <br /> b. All improvement plans and specifications must be <br /> approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br /> Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> C. If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the sub- <br /> divider shall execute an agreement with the County of <br /> San Joaquin ensuring the completion of improvements <br /> within one (1 ) year after filing the Final Map. <br /> d. The subdivider should agree to and shall pay users <br /> fees for the utility services from the time the <br /> improvements are accepted by the County to the end of <br /> the fiscal year, or up to a one (1 ) year period, as <br /> the case may be. <br /> e. Public utility easements shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company and all other public <br /> utilities. <br /> SU-84-6 -1- (conditions ) <br />
