f . Underground utilities are required pursuant to <br /> Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634; the location <br /> shall be as prescribed in Section 9-1732 of Ordinance <br /> 2634. <br /> g. Drainage shall be by individual ponding rather than <br /> community ponding. <br /> h. The drainage system shall meet the requirements of <br /> the County and provide adequate drainage for the <br /> improvements (development ) . The acceptance or <br /> approval by the County of the drainage system does <br /> not relieve the developer (or his engineer ) of the <br /> responsibility of providing an adequate drainage <br /> system. <br /> i . In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as <br /> amended, the developer shall contribute fees of <br /> equivalent value as defined in said section. <br /> j . (Amended by the Planning Commission August 2 , 1984 to <br /> read) : <br /> Full street width improvements along Etcheverry Drive <br /> and Court, in compliance with Section 1612 of <br /> Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672, shall be provided <br /> within the subdivision. Etcheverry shall be dedi- <br /> cated and improved to the east property line. <br /> Mac Arthur Drive shall be fully improved on the sub- <br /> division side in compliance with County standards, <br /> with a setback of 42 ' width from the centerline of <br /> Mac Arthur Drive. <br /> k. Water system or methods shall conform to the require- <br /> ments of the Local Health District, the Department of <br /> Public Works, and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862. <br /> 1 .
