Also <br /> required were 20 feet of improvements along the subdivision side . <br /> The applicant does not agree with this opinion. A 60-foot right-- <br /> of-way and 40 feet of improvements were required along Etcheverry <br /> Drive . The applicant does not agree that 40 feet of improvements <br /> were required. The applicant ' s opinion is that 32 feet of impro- <br /> vements should be required on Etcheverry Drive. Attached is a <br /> sketch showing the County standards for various types of roads . <br /> Etcheverry is considered a minor collector . <br /> Section 9-9340 states, in part , that whenever a subdivision <br /> includes or is adjacent to any part of a public roadway, the <br /> design of the tentative map shall conform to the width and be <br /> substantially in alignment with the existing road. <br /> Condition 3 . m. , which requires the establishment of a County <br /> Service Area for drainage, is no longer required because drainage <br /> is to be provided by individual ponds. <br />
