To change the zoning from RA-20 and AG-40 to PD; and <br /> B. To subdivide 14 . 5 acres into 32 single family parcels . <br /> The Planning Division has reviewed these applications and offers <br /> the following comments : <br /> Planned District: <br /> Attached is the "Planned District" application form . If full <br /> application materials are submitted, the "Planned District" <br /> application should be submitted rather than the "Zone <br /> Reclassification" application form . The "Planned District" <br /> application requires that various additional supplementary filing <br /> materials be submitted with the "Planned District" application. <br /> All items requested in the application form must be submitted <br /> before the application can be accepted as complete for processing. <br /> As designed, the proposal meets the density requirement of the <br /> General Plan designation including the 25% density bonus ( 1 - 2 <br /> dwelling units per gross acre , plus 25% density bonus ) . <br />
