As per manager, tacos and tortillas are received prepackaged, stored in the walk in cooler and on storage shelves by the prep <br />and cooking area. Some tacos and tortillas are stored at the prep line at the cooking area to prepare orders. <br />I inspected the prepackaged tacos and tortillas bags stored in the walk in cooler and the storage shelves in the back kitchen <br />and I did not see any live cockroaches. I inspected the storage shelves under the microwaves, inside the microwaves and <br />under the griddle, I did not see any cockroaches. I inspected the floor underneath the cooking equipment, underneath the <br />prep tables in the prep area, underneath the storage shelves in the walk in cooler, I did not see any live or dead cockroaches. <br />As per manager, pest control is serviced on monthly basis. Most recent service done on 06/08/2022 and service is due next <br />week. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
