Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The front counter has both sweets/desserts and hot food being portioned. Employees are wearing <br /> gloves. There are two employees that handle food and handle money/transactions. Designate one employee to handle food <br /> and the other employee to handle the transactions(cash, credit card, register/POS, etc.). <br /> Hands shall be washed in between glove changes and any time contamination may occur. <br /> The use of hand sanitizer does not take the place of hand washing. <br /> Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
