Remove cardboard and provide cleanable surface. <br />Correct today. <br />Observed unsecured 50 lb CO2 cylinder near syrup shelf. Keep pressurized cylinders secured to a rigid structure at all <br />times. Correct today. <br />Observed grease build up on charbroiler exhaust hood. Provide a thermometer. <br />Corrected on site. <br />The the thermometers for the 1 dr reach-in under front counter, hamburger Silver King freezer, and fries Silver King freezer <br />were not working. Provide accurate thermometers within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br />available to the food handler. A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br />and high temperature warewashing machines. (114157, 114159) <br /> #44 Premises: Clean/Litter Free; Vermin-Proof <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed back door being kept open and air curtain was not on. Per manager the air curtain is not <br />working and they have already put in a service order to get is fixed. Keep back door closed when not in use or provide a <br />working air curtain to keep facility vermin proof. Corrected on site, door was closed. <br />The drive thru service window was not self closing and the air curtain was not turned on, the service window did not shut <br />completely and the left window was broken and covered with wood boards. Per manager there was a break in recently and <br />they have already put in a service order for the repair. Provide a self-closing service window and a working air curtain at <br />service window to keep facility vermin proof.
