Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: BURGER KING #9344, 1502 E MARCH LN, STOCKTON 95210 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br />Routine inspection. <br />Sanitizer buckets - 300 ppm quat. <br />Quat test strips and probe thermometer available. <br />Per manager the right 3 dr Victory upright will be replaced, it was not being used during the inspection. <br />The hamburger Silver King freezer is not maintaining freezing temp currently so they are only keeping a working amount of <br />frozen patties inside currently. <br />The tartar sauce did not have a time sticker on it, no handling/holding time information was provided during the inspection. <br />Locate and follow tartar sauce holding time information and email information to dafonskaia@sjgov.org <br />Discussed report with Maria Garcia, District Manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
