Page 2. <br /> a. Pursue a connection to a permitted water source that meets the Transient Non- <br /> Community water quality standards, such as Well#1 or other water utilities; <br /> b. Provide a new water well source that will meet the CCR, Title 22 requirements <br /> for a Transient Non-Community water quality and construction standards. The <br /> well shall be constructed under permit and inspection from this Department. <br /> Additionally, a Permit Amendment form, a Service Request form and fee of <br /> $279 shall be submitted along with the Compliance Agreement to EHD to <br /> amend the existing French Camp Golf and RV water system permit to include the <br /> new well. <br /> C. Option (b) will only be considered if option (a) is not possible. <br /> Please be aware that approval by this Department is required before enacting any of the above <br /> options. Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in further legal action.
