Box 1500 <br />French Camp, CA 95231 <br />Phone(916)464 . -3291 • FAX (916) 464-4645Schwarzenegger <br />http:11vrww.waterboardS.ca.gov/centralvalley MID 11� D <br />Governor <br />F'tP,^1`'I .'S Ectlil'IC F, <br />INADEQUATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM DESIGN REPORT, FRENCH CAMP <br />RV PARK AND GOLF COURSE, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />On 10 March 2010, the Executive Officer of the California Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board, Central Valley Region (Central Valley Water Board) issued Notice of Applicability Order <br />97-10-DWQ-R5061 (Notice of Applicability) for the discharge of wastewater from the French <br />Camp RV Park and Golf Course in San Joaquin County. <br />At the request of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Central Valley <br />Water Board staff has reviewed the 6 May 2010 Design Report for the Wastewater Disposal <br />system submitted by HydroScience, Engineers, Inc. Based on staff's review, the Design <br />Report states that 2,000 linear feet of leachfield .will be constructed. However, the Notice of <br />Applicability states that a minimum of 2,200 linear feet of leachfield will be constructed. <br />Additionally, the proposed location of the leachfields and replacement area in the Design <br />Report are not consistent with -the leachfield locations described by the Notice of Applicability. <br />Therefore, the proposed system does not comply with the Notice of Applicability. <br />You must construct the wastewater treatment and disposal system as described and required <br />in the Notice of Applicability.
