R5-2006-0040 <br />FOR <br />CANADA COVE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP <br />FRENCH CAMP RV PARK AND GOLF COURSE <br />WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />TO ALL CONCERNED PERSONS AND AGENCIES: <br />Arnold <br />Schwarzenegger <br />Governor <br />Enclosed is the tentative Order rescinding Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. <br />135-2006-0039 and Cease and Desist Order No. R5-2006-0040 (NPDES No.CA0083682) for <br />the Canada Cove, L.P., French Camp RV Park and Golf Course Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br />Any comments or recommendations you may have concerning the proposed Order should be <br />submitted to this office no later than 5:00 PM on 15 May 2010 in order for us to give them full <br />consideration prior to the meeting of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />(Central Valley Water Board). <br />A Notice of Public Hearing (Notice) concerning the proposed Order is also enclosed. <br />Regulations require that the Discharger, by 19 April 2010, to post one (1) copy of the Notice at <br />the nearest city hall or county courthouse, one (1) copy at the post office nearest to the Facility <br />(if allowed), and one (1) copy at the public entrance to the Facility..
