If no daily or weekly newspaper of general circulation serving the area served by the system, then by: <br /> (C) Method 6 (Expedited Hand Delivery of Notice of Water Quality Failure) -Notice by hand <br /> delivery shall be given once within 14 days after the violation or failure. Repeat notice by <br /> hand shall be given every 3 months for as long as the violation or failure exists. <br /> Or <br /> (D) Method 7 (Continuous posting of Notice of Water Quality Failure) -Notice by posting in <br /> conspicuous places within the area served by the system shall be initiated within 14 days after <br /> the violation or failure. Posting shall continue for as long as the violation or failure exists. <br /> Please provide this Department with a copy, on your letterhead, of the required public notification and <br /> the methods you are using within five (5) days of receipt of this letter. After a positive, four repeats <br /> must be taken that same month and five routine samples shall be taken the following month.
