The Board has notified the di .--,fli,irger and other interested agen- <br /> cies and persons of its intent to prescribe waste discharge re- <br /> quirements for this propo_;(,d d_t ,­;,:harge <br /> ll � The Board in a public meeting and consider(,d all comments <br /> pertaining to the discharge, <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED , Forward , lnc , shall comply with the following: <br /> A, Discharge Specifications <br /> 1 � The discharge shall not cause a pollution , <br /> 2 , Neither the treatment nor the discharge shall cause a <br /> nuisance,, <br /> 3 ,. Waste materials shall not be disposed of outside of the <br /> designated areas shown on Attachment A, <br /> 4. The disposal. areas shall be protected from any washout <br /> or erosion of wastes or covering materials ,, and from <br /> inundation which could occur as a result of floods <br /> having a predict ('d 11ocluency of once In 100 ye�11-,,; _ <br /> 5 , The discharge of, Group I wastes at thi-s sj.
