Alm <br /> 12. The discharger shall maintain a distance of at least <br /> five' 1PO-from the bottom of the fill above the water <br /> table. <br /> 13 . Liquids shall not be discharged in Group 2 solid wastes <br /> at this site. Water used during disposal site operations <br /> shall be limited to - a minimal amount reasonably necessary <br /> for dust control purposes. Liquid wastes may be dis- <br /> charged to separate ponding or, spreading areas only if <br /> the specific wastes, manner, and place of disposal are <br /> approved by the Executive Officer. <br /> B. Provisions <br /> 1 . Disposal of Group 1 and Group 2 wastes shall not commence <br /> until it is determined that the measures necessary to <br /> meet the discharge specifications have been taken. <br /> 2. The discharger shall remove and relocate any wastes which <br /> are discharged at this site in violation of these require- <br /> ments. <br /> 3 . The discharger shall maintain a copy of this order at <br /> the site so as to be available at all times to site <br /> operating personnel . <br /> 4. The discharger shall maintain a legible record using a <br /> reporting form indicated by the Board of the volume and <br /> type of each Group I waste received at the site and the <br /> manner and location of disposal . The record shall be <br /> maintained for a period of not less than 10 years, with <br /> the records to be forwarded to the Board if disposal <br /> operations cease. <br /> 5. The discharger shall file with this Board a report of <br /> any material change or proposed change in the character , <br /> location, or, quantity of this waste discharge. For the <br /> purpose of these requirements , this includes any pro- <br /> posed change in the boundaries or contours of the dis- <br /> posal areas . <br /> 6. The discharger shall comply with the Monitoring and Re- <br /> porting Program No . 73-183 as specified by the <br /> Executive Officer. <br /> 7. The discharger shall file a written report within 90 <br /> days after the total quantity of wastes discharged at <br /> this site equals 75 percent of the reported capacity of <br /> the site. The report shall contain a schedule for <br /> studies, design and other steps needed to provide addi- <br /> tional capacity, or the total quantity discharged shall <br /> be limited to the reported capacity. <br /> 3 <br />
