1 storage and disposal) Sections 17350 — 17356 and San Joaquin County Ordinance No- 2887, <br />2Section 5-2400 & 5-2403 and any and all additional Federal, State and Local regulations tha <br />3 <br />might apply to disposal and clean-up of said illegal disposal and storage of waste on this site <br />4 <br />As a result of the findings of this inspection, declarant contacted members of the State o <br />5 <br />6 California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br />f. On June 2, 1998, declarant was to meet with Tom Sweeso, a code enforcement office <br />8 <br />with San Joaquin County Community Development Department, as Mr. Sweeso was involved <br />9 <br />the previous 1991 enforcement action at this property. Mr. Sweeso was unable to keep the <br />10 <br />11 appointment. On information and belief, Mr. Sweeso had contacted Mr. Lane and obtained <br />12he site. Pictures were en from the roadway. Attached hereto as exhibi, <br />permission to inspect t <br />13 <br />A, are photographs, which are true and correct copies as taken by declarant. <br />14 <br />15 g. On June 3, 1998, declarant continued the inspection and investigation of the propetyr <br />16 with Tom Sweeso, a code enforcement officer, who had previously been on that site, ani <br />=7 <br />members of the California Integrated Waste Management Board (Brad Williams and Jerr <br />18 <br />Oberhelman). The site was walked, pictures were taken of wastes on site. There were signs c <br />9 a and other earth work and piles of fresh putrescib'. <br />20 recent dumping, as evidenced by digging <br />21 material and mixed solid wastes. The volume of solid wastes, above ground, on the Lai <br />22 <br />property are estimated at, at least 800 cubic yards, contained in the piles and scattered across <br />z3which are a true and correct copy <br />property. Attached hereto as exhibit B, are photographs, <br />24 <br />25 taken by declarant.) <br />26 h.
