Attached hereto as Exhibit C, is a true and correct copy of the report "Re: Solid Wast <br />3 <br />Cleanup Program", received by Environmental Health Division. Said report contains details an <br />4 <br />types of waste observed at the site, and a statement of the historical waste types disposed of a <br />5 <br />6 this site, including possible hazardous wastes. <br />7 i. On or about July 16, 1998 a letter was mailed to Mr. Lane requesting him to "cease an <br />8 <br />desist" disposal of solid waste, and begin removal of all unauthorized solid wastes from hi <br />9 <br />10 property. Attached hereto as exhibit D, is a true and correct copy of the cease and desist letter. <br />11 j. On or about October 5, 1998, declarant made request of Tom Walker, Acting Director, <br />12 <br />Community Development, to forward copies of any and all investigations during the Galen & <br />13 <br />year 1998, involving the Lane property. Attached hereto as Exhibit E, F, and G, are true an( <br />14 <br />eived by Environmental Health Division from Communi <br />1s correct copies of the reports rect; <br />16 Development, as follows, Exhibit E "Bill Lane Inspection" June 3, 1998, Exhibit F "Fir <br />17 Investigation Report" June 26, 1998, and Exhibit G "San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollutio <br />is <br />Control District" Burning at 23023 Santa Fe, as received by the Environmental Health Division. <br />19 <br />i. The Community Development Department's Report dated June 3, 1998 indicates th <br />20 <br />21 there was recent dumping of solid wastes on this property. It also indicates that Mr. Lai <br />22stated that he had brought at least some of the solid waste to this site for burning• <br />23 <br />ii. In the Fire Investigation Report dated June 26, 1998, it is noted that there was a fire <br />24 <br />2s <br />June 6. This report identifies large piles of mixed solid wastes that had be <br />26 moved/pushed into those piles by some type of equipment and burned illegally.
