Lane, date <br />20 <br />October 19, 1977. This letter referred to violations that were <br />21 <br />being committed on the Subject Property. ( ee ,letter 3.n filed <br />22 <br />On November 2, 1977, Ron Valinoti of Public Health <br />23 <br />Services, Environmental Health Division confirmed the violations <br />24 <br />observed by Community Development.
