1 On November 22, 1977, Ron Valinoti noted in the <br />2 Activity/Action Log that work on the Subject Property was in <br />3 progress and all construction debris was being covered. <br />4 On December 1, 1977, Ron Valinoti was contacted by the <br />5 Development Services Division of the Community Development <br />6 Department. Mr. Valinoti was informed that Development Services <br />7 has re -inspected the Subject Property and compliance had been <br />8 met on all violations listed on Environmental Health Division's <br />9 letter dated November 7, 1977. <br />10 On December 7, 1977, Ron Valinoti re -inspected the Subject <br />11 Property and found the lot had been leveled and debris burned. <br />12 On May 14, 1990, Hector Castro of Public Health Services, <br />13 Environmental Health Division inspected the Subject Property. <br />14 He observed household garbage, furniture, appliances, and debris <br />15 consisting of demolition material, such as concrete, wood, <br />16 plaster, washboards, carpeting and other miscellaneous material. <br />17 On May 15, 1990, Hector Castro returned to the Subject <br />18 Property to take more photographs because of running out of film <br />19 the previous day. Mr. Castro could not find the premise file <br />20 but did find an old file with a complaint on the Subject <br />21 Property that was abated December 7, 1977. <br />22 On May 16, 1990, Hector Castro and Ed Padilla of <br />23 Environmental Health Division met with Thomas Sweeso and <br />24 reviewed the file and photographs of Subject Property. Mr. <br />25 Sweeso said he would go directly to the District Attorney's <br />26 office to have Mr. Lane cited because of prior violations and <br />2711selected file photographs taken May 14, and 15, 1990. <br />28 <br />2 <br />
