On October 18, 1993 Kelly McCoy an employee of <br />the Environmental Health Department spoke to Thomas Sweeso of <br />the Community Development Department. Ms. McCoy was trying to <br />determine the status of the case against Bill Lane. Mr. Sweeso <br />indicated that the case was stalled because Bill Lane was <br />Bankrupt and nothing had been done on the property, nor had the <br />garbage been removed. Mr. Sweeso indicated that David Irey was <br />handling the court-ordered cleanup. <br />r. On March 25, 1994, Kelly McCoy sent a letter to <br />Deputy District Attorney David Irey requesting copies of any <br />correspondence received in regards to the subject property (See <br />Attachment L) <br />S. On December 6, 1994, Jeff Carruesco an employee <br />of the Environmental Health Department conducted a routine <br />inspection. The site was issued an Area of Concern for improper <br />disposal of garbage. The site was issued an Area of Concern for <br />litter (See Attachment M). <br />t. On April 17, 1995 Jeff Carruesco an employee of <br />the Environmental Health Department conducted a routine <br />inspection. The site was issued an Area of Concern for un- <br />authorized salvaging being conducted at the site. The previous <br />conditions still remain at the site (See Attachment N). <br />u. On December 19, 1996 Jeff Carruesco an employee of <br />the Environmental Health Department conducted a routine <br />inspection. The site was issued violation of Title 14 <br />California Code of Regulations Section 17711 - litter control. <br />The site was issued a violation of Title 14 California Code of <br />Inspection Warrant <br />- 7 - <br />
