On September 9, 1997 Jeff Carruesco an employee <br />4 of the Environmental Health Department conducted a routine <br />5 inspection. The site was issued a violation of Title 14 <br />6 California Code of Regulations Section 17711 - litter control <br />7 (accumulation of tires and litter) (See Attachment P). <br />8 W. On May 27, 1998 Steven Mindt an employee of the <br />9 Environmental Health Department conducted a routine inspection. <br />10 The site was issued a violation of Title 27 California Code of <br />11 Regulations Section 20530 - site security. The site was issued <br />12 violation of the California Code of Regulation Section 20750 - <br />13 Site Maintenance (See Attachment Q). <br />14 X. On June 2, 1998 Steven Mindt an employee of the <br />15 Environmental Health Department conducted a site visit with <br />16 Thomas Sweeso of the San Joaquin County Community Development <br />17 Department. Photographs were taken during the inspection (See <br />18 Attachment R) . <br />19 y, On June 3, 1998 Steven Mindt an employee of the <br />20 Environmental Health Department conducted a site visit with <br />21 Jerry Oberhelman and Brad Williams, staff member of the <br />22 Integrated Waste Management Board. Photographs of the site were <br />23 taken (See Attachment S). <br />24 Z. The Environmental Health Department received a <br />25 letter dated June 19, 1998, documenting the site visit by Jerry <br />26 Oberhelman and Brad Williams staff members of the California <br />27 Integrated Waste Management Board.
