The Percolation tests conducted on March 17, 2022 yielded percolation rates of 35.7 min/inch, 8.3
min/inch, and 83.3 min/inch. At this rate, a minimum 5 feet of soil separation is required between
bottom of the dispersal field and the groundwater. The SS study reports a historic groundwater
level of 10 feet below surface grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2).
b. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in
San Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Francisco Garcia Ruiz, Environmental Health Specialist, at
fgarciaruiz@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3032.
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
1868 E.
