The fee is based on the current schedule at the time of payment. The system shall be
installed and inspected in accordance with this approved plan.
As part of package treatment, EHD shall require flow rate and monthly grab sample of total
nitrogen, Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) from Effluent.
The results are to be submitted to EHD on quarterly basis. EHD may reduce the monitoring
frequency based on the monitoring result after one year.
Visual and audio alarm is required and verified by EHD inspector.
The proposed leachfield area field area shall be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked
on, or used as a storage area.
The proposed septic system shall meet setback requirements from all domestic and public water
wells.
Note: It is the owner responsibility to ensure the system meets all requirements set forth in the design
in conformity with San Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard.
If you have any questions or comments you may reach Francisco Garcia Ruiz, Environmental Health
Specialist, at fgarciaruiz@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3032.
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
1868 E.
