The containers <br /> were: <br /> 1. Container of Pens and Markers labeled Universal Waste, O'Reilly, 3412 Perlman Dr, Stockton, CA 95206, <br /> accumulation start date 4-19-22. This waste appears to be disposed of as hazardous waste(manifest <br /> 019353868JJK, ship date 4-1-22)and requires complete hazardous waste labeling. This waste is not a type of <br /> universal waste. <br /> 2. Used oil portable tank in the southwest part of the warehouse labeled Hazardous Waste, Used Oil, Liquid and <br /> Toxic. The label was missing the accumulation start date and the name and address of the generator-O'Reillys, <br /> 3412 Perlman Dr, Stockton, CA 95206. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 704 CCR 66273.33(b) Universal Waste Handler failed to properly manage universal waste lamps. <br /> OBSERVATION: Universal waste lamps in the maintenance area(west side of warehouse)were stored in open <br /> boxes only labeled"bad". <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66273.33 Universal Waste <br /> Management Requirements for Batteries, Lamps, and Mercury-Containing Equipment <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately place all UW lamps into closed, structurally sound containers with labeling: <br /> "universal waste-lamps".
