OAKWOOD LAK:ILWA"li'IEIZ DISTRICT <br /> P.O.BOX 77980 <br /> S`f"OC KION,CSA 95267 <br /> (209)239-2481 <br /> existing wastewater facilities on the Property that will not be incorporated into the Project as <br /> determined by the Plan of Service shall be abandoned in accordance with the Plan of Service at <br /> the Applicant's cost. <br /> Storm Drainage Service <br /> The District is willing to serve the Project and Property with Storm Drainage service based <br /> normal use and on the proposed land use and in conformance with applicable District, local, <br /> county, state and federal guidelines and requirements. <br /> A Storm Drainage Plan of Service identifying design criteria, interties to the District's existing <br /> infrastructure and impact of the Project on existing District infrastructure will be prepared by the <br /> District at the Applicant's cost. The Storm Drainage Plan of Services will include an analysis of <br /> the study of November 8, 2010 entitled "Evaluation of Water Elevations in Oakwood Lake" <br /> prepared by Kleinfelder examining the impact of the additional storm drainage volumes to the <br /> water elevations in the two existing Oakwood Shores Lakes. On-site Storm Drainage <br /> infrastructure improvement plans shall be prepared by the Applicant in accordance with District <br /> standards and are subject to the District's review and approval. On-site construction of Storm <br /> Drainage facilities serving only the Applicant's property is the Applicant's responsibility and shall <br /> be subject to inspection, approval and acceptance by the District. The Applicant shall obtain a <br /> District Facilities Construction Permit for the installation of the on-site facilities and for all <br /> interties to District facilities. All off-site Storm Drainage infrastructure improvement plans and all <br /> plans for Storm Drainage facilities serving more than the Applicant's property(all pumping <br /> stations, storage facilities, and mechanical / electrical equipment shall be considered to be off <br /> site facilities for the purpose of this will serve letter) will be prepared by the District at the <br /> Applicant's cost. Construction of off-site Storm Drainage facilities will be accomplished by the <br /> District at the Applicant's cost. The Applicant shall bear all costs, including but not limited to the <br /> financing, permitting, environmental review, planning, designing, and constructing storm <br /> drainage facilities. The Applicant shall pay all applicable capacity fees. Any existing Storm <br /> Drainage facilities on the Property that will not be incorporated into the Project as determined by <br /> the Plan of Service shall be abandoned in accordance with the Plan of Service at the Applicant's <br /> cost. <br /> Communication Facilities <br /> The Applicant shall incorporate buried fiber optic communication corridors and facilities into the <br /> Plans of Service and the design and the improvement plans for the Project. The Applicant shall <br /> install conduit and conductors through the Project for the control and monitoring of system-wide <br /> District infrastructure and to all on-site water, wastewater, and storm drain facilities which require <br /> control or monitoring in accordance with District standards. When required communication <br /> facility corridors needed for on-site infrastructure are not on the Property, the Applicant shall <br /> acquire appropriate off site fiber optic corridors as determined by the District. The Applicant shall <br /> design and install conduit and conductors to tie into the existing or planned District fiber optic <br /> network at no cost to the District. The Applicant shall bear all costs, including but not limited to <br /> the financing, permitting, environmental review, planning, designing, and constructing <br /> communication facilities. <br />
