OAKW00D LAKE WATER DISTRICT P.O.BOX 77980 STOC KTON,CA. 95267 (209)239-2481 Real Property The Applicant shall acquire and irrevocably offer to dedicate or shall cause the owner of the Property(or the owner of any offsite property on or through which water, wastewater, storm drainage or communication facilities are to be located) to irrevocably offer to dedicate all necessary real property rights and infrastructure to the District at no cost to the District. Fee title is required for each and every water pumping facility, water storage facility, wastewater lift station, and all other mechanical /electrical facilities, and significant structural storm drainage facilities. Minimum ten-foot wide exclusive easements are required for all water, wastewater, storm drainage pipelines, and communication facilities, unless said pipelines and/or communication facilities are incorporated into dedicated public streets or, in the case of communication facilities, are located in a common "joint trench" located in the public right of way. Existing Applicant- District Agreements The willingness expressed by this will serve letter is conditioned upon the Applicant's full compliance with any and all existing agreements between the Applicant and the District as they may from time to time be in effect. Will Serve Letter Validity Period If the understandings expressed above are in error of if the Project Description and/or Property Description substantively change, this will serve letter is no longer valid.
