Lennar Homes of California Mountain House Creek, Parcel L, Tract 3424, Tracy <br /> 4943.410.103 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> 3.2.1 Historical Topographic Maps/Aerial Photographs/Sanborn Maps <br /> Historical USGS topographic maps, aerial photographs, and Sanborn Fire insurance maps were <br /> reviewed to determine if discernible changes pertaining to the Property had been recorded. EDR <br /> provided the following maps and photographs, presented in Appendices C and D. No Sanborn <br /> maps were identified for the Property; a copy of the Sanborn Map search report is presented in <br /> Appendix E. <br /> TABLE 3.2.1-1: Historical Review Summary <br /> HISTORICAL • . <br /> Topographic Maps 1914, 1916, 1940, 1943, 1952, 1968, 1978, 2012, 2015, 2018 <br /> Aerial Photographs 1937, 1940, 1949, 1957, 1966, 1975, 1979, 1982, 1993, 1998, <br /> 2006, 2009, 2012, 2016 <br /> Sanborn Maps N/A(unmapped property) <br /> The Property is shown as undeveloped land on topographic maps from 1914 through 2012. The <br /> surrounding areas include the Southern Pacific Railroad line to the north and Mountain House <br /> Creek to the south-southeast, and one structure is shown south of the Property until the 1952 <br /> map. Aerial photographs show that the Property was undeveloped agricultural land from 1937 <br /> until 2006, when construction of the off-site wetlands and the on-site drainage canals are visibly <br /> under construction. Beginning with 2006, areas to the west of the Property are under development <br /> for residential neighborhoods. In 2016, the adjacent areas to the north, west, and south of the <br /> Property have been developed into the Mountain House residential development. From 2009 to <br /> 2016, residential development continued to increase to the west and northwest of the Property. <br /> By 2016, the Property and adjacent areas look similar to the current configuration. <br /> 3.2.2 City Directory <br /> City Directories, published since the 18th century for major towns and cities, list the name of the <br /> resident or business associated with each address. The Property was not identified during the <br /> search. Properties identified in the City Directory include names of private individuals, likely <br /> indicating residential properties. A City Directory search conducted by EDR is located in <br /> Appendix F. <br /> 3.3 ENVIRONMENTAL RECORD SOURCES <br /> EDR performed a search of federal, tribal, state, and local databases regarding the Property and <br /> nearby properties. Details regarding the databases searched by EDR are provided in Appendix A. <br /> A list of the facilities documented by EDR within the approximate minimum search distance of the <br /> Property is provided below. <br /> 3.3.1 Environmental Records <br /> 3.3.1.1 Subject Property <br /> The Property is not listed on Environmental Record source databases. <br /> ENGEO January 28, 2022 <br /> Expect Excellence <br />
