1.0 IN'T'RODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br />1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totaling 150.9 acres, located at <br />1.5780 N. Clements Road, Lodi, California. The project is in an agricultural community and <br />is zoned AG -40. The Assessor's parcel number is 053-190-01. <br />Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create an 80.9 acre <br />parcel and a 70 acre parcel using the East Bay Municipal Utility District's pipeline property <br />as the dividing line.. <br />1..2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br />1..3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br />2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br />2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br />Sammy Cox, has owned this property for the last year. The past and present uses of the property <br />have been for agricultural purposes. There is no proposed change in use at this time. <br />3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br />3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: EHD records indicate that there are no <br />existing septic tanks on the subject property. (See Appendix) <br />3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br />parcel. (See Appendix) <br />3.3 :Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of on-site repair (See Appendix). <br />3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br />general area consists of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br />pits. (See Appendix). <br />3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br />permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br />in installation dates from 1980 to 2007. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br />3.6 :Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br />this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br />performance. There has been some history of septic tank destruction, to be replaced (See <br />Appendix). <br />1 <br />
