3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) <br />septic tank usage on site: There are no existing septic systems on-site. Any new systems must <br />be constructed under a permit. Each parcel is entitled to a primary residence and a second unit <br />dwelling. However, there are no imminent plans for any homes. <br />4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION <br />4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br />ground water in this area is approximately 150 feet according to the map of "Lines of Equal <br />Depth to Groundwater" published by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation <br />District Groundwater Report Spring 2022. The gradient descends from <br />4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater <br />contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater <br />contamination in this area are deemed minimal due to the depths involved. Insecticides, <br />pesticides, and fertilizers typically do/do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths, <br />however, as with any agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to <br />chemicals used in the farming operation. <br />4.3 Description of location (address/Y- PN), type and construction of well and location <br />(well bead/kitchen tap) where water sample(s) were obtained: Water samples were taken <br />from a wellhead located on the subject property, located at 15780 N. Clements Road on June 15, <br />2022 by Bradley Handel of Dillon & Murphy. <br />4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are <br />being tested for nitrates and DBCP. (See Appendix for results.) <br />4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the <br />lab: The water samples were obtained from a wellhead located at 11580 N. Clements Road. <br />The samples were taken by Bradley Handel of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision <br />Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech <br />requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. <br />4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third <br />party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. <br />For Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted <br />information: The complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix. <br />5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION <br />5.7. Site map showing the location, with dimensions, of the soil profiled pit on the parcel. <br />See Appendix. <br />5.2 Description of soil profile pit including depth and dimensions. The shallow test holes <br />were prepared per County Standards. The holes were excavated to a depth of 42 inches and <br />12 inches in diameter. The holes were backfilled with 2 inches of "pea gravel". <br />2 <br />
