3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site: There are no existing septic systems on-site. Any new systems must be constructed under a permit. Each parcel is entitled to a primary residence and a second unit dwelling. However, there are no imminent plans for any homes. 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to ground water in this area is approximately 150 feet according to the map of "Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation District Groundwater Report Spring 2022. The gradient descends from 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are deemed minimal due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers typically do/do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths, however, as with any agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. 4.3 Description of location (address/Y- PN), type and construction of well and location (well bead/kitchen tap) where water sample(s) were obtained: Water samples were taken from a wellhead located on the subject property, located at 15780 N. Clements Road on June 15, 2022 by Bradley Handel of Dillon & Murphy. 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are being tested for nitrates and DBCP. (See Appendix for results.) 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: The water samples were obtained from a wellhead located at 11580 N. Clements Road. The samples were taken by Bradley Handel of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. For Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted information: The complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix. 5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION 5.7. Site map showing the location, with dimensions, of the soil profiled pit on the parcel. See Appendix. 5.2 Description of soil profile pit including depth and dimensions. The shallow test holes were prepared per County Standards. The holes were excavated to a depth of 42 inches and 12 inches in diameter. The holes were backfilled with 2 inches of "pea gravel". 2
