Thornton Road, Thornton, CA) is with County Service Area No. 12 <br /> (CSA12). CSA12 will serve the proposed development of a commercial storage building, 2,000 <br /> square-foot retail office and 2,000 square-foot workshop with water and storm drain services subject <br /> to the conditions below: <br /> 1. Obtain plumbing permit from the County Community Development Department's Building <br /> Division. <br /> 2. The proposed development shall be served by a public storm drain system conforming to the <br /> requirements of this Department (Development Title Section 9-1135). <br /> 3. Submit engineering calculations and on-site drainage plan showing collection paths for review <br /> and approval. <br /> 4. All driveways shall be at least three feet from any storm drain inlets. <br /> 5. All improvements and related work shall be in conformance with the current County <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications and County Development Title. <br /> 6. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities shall be borne by the <br /> applicant. Submit improvement plans for review and approval. <br /> 7. An encroachment permit from this Department is required for any work commencing in the <br /> County right-of-way. <br /> 8. Submit improvement plans for review and approval. <br /> 9. Applicant shall be responsible for making on-going payments for the normal and customary <br /> service charges as adopted for each fiscal year by the County including partial year advance <br /> deposits for periods of occupancy prior to placement on the property tax rolls. <br /> 10.All conditions of approval assigned to the development application as submitted to and <br /> approved by the County Community Development Department shall be satisfied. <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration.
