I noticed that we had a couple of deficiencies. We are in the process of correcting these. <br /> The item on"Inmate Deaths"is addressed in the Jail Ops Manual(copy of page attached). Reporting the <br /> death will trigger an autopsy and medical review. <br /> Thank you for the good review. Incidentally,there is a new Contact Deputy in the office.
