Food <br /> 1240 Frequency of Serving <br /> (Not applicable for CH.) X <br /> Food is served three times in any 24-hour <br /> period. <br /> At least one meal includes hot food. The inspector must take the <br /> facility operation into account and use good <br /> judgment when analyzing the food service. <br /> Typically these facilities have frozen dinners in <br /> stock or obtain food from a local restaurant <br /> when needed.
