Medical/Mental Health Services <br /> 1200 Responsibility For Health Care Services <br /> X <br /> The facility administrator has developed a plan <br /> to ensure provision of emergency and basic <br /> health care services to all inmates. <br /> 1207 Medical Receiving Screening <br /> (Not applicable for CH.) X <br /> A receiving screening is performed on all <br /> inmates at the time of intake.
