Informational sticker <br /> was provided. <br /> All dishes, utensils, and equipment washed today shall be re-washed, rinsed, sanitized an air dried prior to tomorrow's <br /> breakfast service. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
