Observed an empty pink plastic bag tied to the pipe inside the MURO display cooler. No active leaking was observed coming from the bag onto the meat. The assistant manager, Agustin Hernandez, was unaware of the alleged complaint or of the pink bag tied to the equipment. Agustin asked all meat department employees if they had seen any liquid leaking onto the meat and why the bag was tied to the equipment. The employees were also unaware of the alleged leaking and why the bag was placed there. Observed condensation forming inside on the stainless steel cooling equipment over the meat. I did not observe any leakage onto the meat. Assistant manager was told that cooling equipment should not have a formation of condensation. The repair or replacement of the cooling unit is to be completed within seven days. Agustin began making phone calls to schedule repair of the unit during the inspection.
