USING A BAG TO COVER <br />PIPE BUT WATER IS STILL LEAKING THROUGH. <br />***PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Went to the facility. Observed an empty pink plastic bag tied to the pipe inside the display cooler. No active leaking was <br />observed coming from the bag onto the meat. The assistant manager, Agustin Hernandez, was unaware of the alleged <br />complaint or of the pink bag tied to the equipment. Agustin asked all meat department employees if they had seen any liquid <br />leaking onto the meat and why the bag was tied to the equipment. The employees were also unaware of the alleged leaking <br />and why the bag was placed there. <br />Observed condensation forming inside on the stainless steel cooling equipment over the meat. I did not observe any leakage <br />onto the meat. Assistant manager was told that cooling equipment should not have a formation of condensation. The repair or <br />replacement of the cooling unit is to be completed within seven days. Agustin began making phone calls to schedule repair of <br />the unit during the inspection. <br />Inspection report was emailed to store manager. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
