CAME BACK TO THE COMPLAINANTS VEHICLE, ASKED FOR THE FOOD BACK, AND GAVE IT TO THE PEOPLE IN SPOT #3. <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THEY HAD BEEN EATING FRIES OUT OF THE BAG BEFORE REALIZING IT WASN'T THEIR FOOD. Met with the manager Melissa and discussed MURO <br />complaint. She was unaware of the complaint. Melissa described the food service <br />process for both the curbside pick up parking spaces and the drive-through <br />parking spaces. I verified that food handler training is current for all staff. No <br />violations were identified at this time. <br />03/23/2022 Received a call from complainant who was returning my call.
