COMPLAINANT STATES THE WORKER(WEARING A BLUE SHIRT) WHO BROUGHT <br />OUT THE ORDER ASKED THE PEOPLE IN SPOT #3 WHAT THEY ORDERED. CAME BACK TO THE COMPLAINANTS <br />VEHICLE, ASKED FOR THE FOOD BACK, AND GAVE IT TO THE PEOPLE IN SPOT M. COMPLAINANT STATES THEY <br />HAD BEEN EATING FRIES OUT OF THE BAG BEFORE REALIZING IT WASN'T THEIR FOOD. COMPLAINANT LET <br />THE WORKER KNOW THEY HAD BEEN EATING FRIES AND HE CONTINUED TO GIVE THE FOOD TO THE VEHICLE <br />IN SPACE #3. <br />***COMPLAINANT REQUESTS A CALLBACK FROM THE INSPECTOR*** <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as 'MAJOR' pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />On-site for complaint investigation. Met with the manager Melissa and discussed complaint. She was unaware of the <br />complaint. Melissa described the food service process for both the curbside pick up parking spaces and the drive-through <br />parking spaces. I verified that food handler training is current for all staff. No violations were identified at this time. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
