Upon receipt of the analytical data from the laboratory, <br /> data validation will be performed. Data validation will include a data completeness check of each <br /> data package, a transcription check for sample results, and a thorough review of all laboratory <br /> reporting forms,particularly quality assurance/quality control samples <br /> Groundwater Samples <br /> Groundwater samples from monitoring wells MW-27, MW-5B and MW-7B will be collected for <br /> analysis by Eurofins-Calscience of the following: <br /> • 1,2,3-TCP by USEPA Method 8260 in selected ion monitoring mode; <br /> • 1,2-DCP and chloroform by USEPA Method 8260B; and <br /> • DBCP by USEPA Method 504.1 (for the sample from MW-5B only). <br /> The following quality assurance/quality control samples will be collected: <br /> • A duplicate groundwater sample will be collected and analyzed for 1,2-DCP, 1,2,3- <br /> TCP, DBCP and chloroform by the respective USEPA Methods referenced above; and <br /> • Two laboratory-provided trip blanks will accompany the sample containers during <br /> transport, prior to, during, and after sampling, will be analyzed for VOCs by USEPA <br /> Method 8260B. <br /> REPORTING AND SCHEDULE <br /> Results of the investigation described herein will be documented in a memorandum to the <br /> CRWQCB within 60 days after Geosyntec's receipt of all analytical results. The memorandum <br /> will describe the off-site SVP installation and sampling procedures, groundwater sampling <br /> procedures, and provide a summary and discussion of results at the site based on the findings of <br /> this effort. <br /> It is assumed that field work can begin following CRWQCB's review and concurrence of this <br /> Addendum,pending receipt of necessary permits.The field work is expected to take approximately <br /> one week. <br /> engineers I scientists I innovators <br />
