1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br />1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of 2 existing parcels totaling 26 acres. The project <br />is in a rural residential area with a property zoning of R -R. The addresses are 550 N. Hewitt <br />Road, Linden, CA 95236 and 598 N. Hewitt Road, Linden, CA 95236. The property Assessor's <br />Parcel Numbers are 093-060-61, 63. <br />Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a 4.7 acre <br />parcel, a 5.8 acre parcel, a 4.5 acre parcel, a 4.1 acre parcel, a 2 acre designated remainder, and <br />to recognize a 4.9 acre parcel created per lot line adjustment (PA -2100123). <br />1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br />1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br />2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br />2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: Nancy Butler has <br />owned 598 N. Hewitt Road for 10+ years. Salvador Rivera has owned 550 N. Hewitt Road for <br />over a year. The past and present uses of 550 N. Hewitt Road has been for residential use and part <br />of the property was used for grazing. The parcels future use is to be determined but will be <br />consistent with zoning. <br />3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br />3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: 550 N. Hewitt Road has a house and its <br />own septic system. <br />3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for septic permits revealed permits for the <br />550 N. Hewitt Road. <br />3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair/addition. <br />3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br />general area consists of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br />pits. <br />3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br />permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br />in installation dates from 1974 to 2015. (Copies of permits are included within the report.) <br />3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic systems <br />in this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in moderate performance. <br />(See Appendix) <br />
