3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic <br />tank usage on site: There are no immediate plans for construction. Each parcel is entitled to a <br />primary residence and a second unit dwelling. Any new septic systems must be constructed <br />under a permit. <br />4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION <br />4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br />ground water in this area is approximately 150-160 feet according to the map of "Lines of Equal <br />Depth to Groundwater" published Fall, 2021, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water <br />Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. <br />4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater <br />contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater <br />contamination in this area are deemed low due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, <br />and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. This property has <br />not been farmed. <br />4.3 Description of location (address/APN), type and construction of well and location <br />(well head/kitcben tap) where water sample(s) were obtained: Water samples were taken from <br />a valve at the of the well at 550 N. Hewitt Road on August 12, 2022 by Mike Toy of <br />Dillon & Murphy. <br />4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the waiver satal le: The water samples are <br />being tested for nitrates and DBCP. <br />4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: <br />The water samples were obtained from a valve at the well at 550 N. Hewitt Road. The samples <br />were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The <br />samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements. The <br />results from the test can be found in the Appendix. <br />4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party <br />sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. For <br />Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted information: <br />The complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix. <br />5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION <br />5.1 Site map showing the location, with dimensions, of the soil profiled pit on the parcel. See <br />Appendix. <br />5.2 Description of soil profile pit including depth and dimensions. The shallow test holes <br />were prepared per County Standards. The holes were excavated to a depth of a range of 18 <br />inches to 30 inches and 12 inches in diameter. The holes were backfilled with 2 inches of "pea <br />gravel". <br />2 <br />
