6.12 UNUSUAL OR NOXIOUS ODORS <br />CAC did not identify unusual or noxious odors at the Site. <br />6.13 SUMPS, PITS, FLOOR DRAINS, POOLS OF LIQUID - INSIDE BUILDING <br />CAC did not inspect the interior of the residential structures. <br />6.14 PITS, PONDS, LAGOONS - EXTERIOR, ON-SITE OR ADJACENT <br />CAC did not observe any pits, ponds, lagoons on -Site or adjacent to the Site with the exception <br />of the irrigation ditch which was dry at the time of the Site inspection. <br />6.15 TRANSFORMERS OR PCB -SUSPECT HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS <br />CAC did not pole or pad -mounted electrical transformers at the Site. <br />6.16 STAINED SOIL OR PAVEMENT <br />CAC did not observe stained soil or pavement at the Site. <br />6.17 DISTRESSED VEGETATION <br />CAC did not observe distressed vegetation at the Site. <br />6.18 DISCHARGES TO DRAINS, DITCHES, OR STREAMS <br />CAC did not observe discharges to drains, ditches or streams at the Site. There are irrigation <br />ditches that traverse the Site from north to south and a dry ditch from east to west. <br />6.19 WELLS <br />CAC observed an above -ground well pump along the west Site boundary. According to Ms. <br />Kimbrough, the pump and associated equipment are owned by the Machado family. It is also <br />possible that a domestic well exists at or near the residences. <br />6.20 LEACH FIELDS/SEPTIC TANKS/CESSPOOLS <br />CAC did not observe any evidence of leach fields or cesspools at the Site. According to Ms. <br />Kimbrough, two septic systems exist at or near the residences. <br />6.21 INDICATIONS OF FILL SITES OR DUMPING <br />CAC did not observe indications of fill sites or dumping on the Site. <br />6.22 STAINING/CORROSION ON FLOORS, CEILINGS, OR WALLS <br />CAC did not observe staining or corrosion at structures at the Site. <br />G37 <br />
