CAC has not performed any independent evaluation of the purchase price of the property and <br />its relationship to fair market value. No information relative to this matter has been provided to <br />CAC by the User. <br />6.4 INFORMATION FROM DOCUMENTS PROVIDED FOR REVIEW <br />Mr. Miller provided CAC a map identifying the Site boundaries. Mr. Miller indicated that Signature <br />is in the process of acquiring the Site. <br />6.5 ACTIVITIES/PROCESSESS CONDUCTED AT THE SITE <br />At the time of the Site reconnaissance, the Site was primarily covered with what appeared to be <br />remnants of recently harvested corn. Additionally, two small residences are located in the <br />northeast corner of the Site. <br />6.6 ADJACENT SITE USES <br />The following adjacent properties were noted during CAC's site reconnaissance: <br />• North — Single-family residences, across Woodward Avenue. <br />• East —Agricultural land and rural residences <br />• South — Agricultural land and rural residences. <br />• West — New single-family residences. <br />6.7 HAZARDOUS AND/OR PETROLEUM SUBSTANCES <br />CAC did not observe any sources of hazardous materials or petroleum substances at the Site. <br />6.8 HAZARDOUS WASTE <br />No evidence of past or current generation of hazardous waste was observed at the Site. <br />6.9 ON-SITE ROADS AND PARKING AREAS <br />The Site is accessed on the north by Woodward Avenue and on the east by South Airport Way. <br />A dirt path also traverses the Site from east to west, along the irrigation ditch. <br />6.10 ABOVEGROUND TANKS <br />CAC did not identify any evidence of aboveground storage at the Site. <br />6.11 UNDERGROUND TANKS <br />CAC did not observe any evidence of underground storage tanks (USTs) at the Site. <br />15: <br />
