(3) Motor and Waste Oil Contaminate oils <br />(a) 418.1 (TPH) <br />(b) EPA Methods 8010 and 8020 or EPA Method 8240 <br />(c) EPA Method 8270 <br />(d) CCR Title 22 Metals (TTLC): Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium <br />(total), Cobalt, Copper, Lead, Mercury, Nickel, and Zinc. <br />(e) Aquatic 96 -Hour Static Bioassay - It the maximum motor or waste oil <br />concentration is greater than 3,000 ppm. <br />Additional testing may be required on a case-by-case basis. All other terms and <br />conditions given in the October 31, 1990, Forward Landfill Contaminated Soil Program <br />letter still apply.
