Mr. Gregory Basso <br />October 5. 1992 <br />Page 2 <br />On or about, September 3, 1992, Forward failed to comply <br />with labelling and marking requirements by storing waste oil <br />in two, 55 -gallon and one, 30 -gallon steel drums without <br />marking the date of accumulation, the words "Hazardous <br />Waste," the composition and physical state of the waste, a <br />statement identifying the hazardous properties of the waste <br />and Forward's name and address. <br />The Department will conduct a re -inspection of the facility <br />in the future to verify compliance. <br />The issuance of this Report of Violation does not preclude <br />the Department from taking ad=inistrative, civil, or criminal <br />action as a result of the viola -.-;ons noted herein. <br />if you have any questions regarding this Report, please <br />contact Mr. Keith Kihara at (916) 855-7762. <br />Sincerely, <br />Susan J.
